AI Strategy Summits · Regional

One day. Your whole team. A plan you own.

Intensive, hands-on working sessions where school leaders and their AI champions build real things together: a 12-month roadmap, working prototypes, and policies ready for adoption.

§ I  ·  The format

An intensive working session for your whole team.

Your team will leave with a 12-month strategic roadmap, working prototypes, and clear next steps you can execute the following Monday. Because Sean brings the workshop to your region, you can send your whole leadership team instead of just a couple of representatives. That means alignment from day one and a plan everyone helped create.

Need a policy? Let’s write it. Need to automate a robotic task that’s eating your admin team alive? Let’s build it. Need encouragement and accountability from peers doing this work at their own schools? Let’s make it happen.

§ II  ·  What your team will actually do
I

Build your 12-month roadmap

Your leadership team maps out a phased AI strategy tailored to your school’s mission, resources, and culture. Not a template. Your plan, built by your people.

II

Rapidly prototype solutions

Alongside peers from other area schools, your team builds working prototypes that solve real problems: automate a report, draft a policy, streamline a workflow. You leave with tools you can use immediately.

III

Write the policies you need

AI acceptable use, faculty guidelines, academic integrity frameworks. If you have been putting it off because you do not know where to start, this is where you start.

Beyond the summit day

Optional dinner out, that evening.

Continue the conversation over dinner with fellow school leaders. A relaxed evening to build relationships with peers who share your challenges and your mission.

The next morning

Coffee with Sean, for heads of school.

An informal small-group conversation about the strategic questions that only the person at the top has to wrestle with.

§ III  ·  Host a regional summit

Bring a summit to your town.

Atlanta and Dallas were the first two rooms. If you want to gather area schools for a regional AI Strategy Summit, Sean will bring the format to your community: the same intensive day, built around the schools in your area.

Hosting is straightforward: you provide the room and the invitation list, and Sean brings the format, the materials, and the day itself. Host schools set the tone for their region and their team attends on home turf.

Dates are available for the coming school year, including options that align with typical professional development days. Start the conversation and Sean will help you shape the rest.

In June 2026, school leadership teams gathered in Atlanta and Dallas to build roadmaps, prototypes, and policies side by side.
